Meet Shawn, an experienced operator of tech start-ups. He was one of the co-founders of the Softbank-backed fintech Better.com and a board member of its subsidiary BMTG Advisors. He is currently working on a new venture in the mortgage space. On the side, he serves as a Venture Partner at Iterative (a Y-Combinator-style incubator for Southeast Asia) and mentors early-stage start-up founders.
